Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)

TF-CBT combines CBT tools with trauma processing to help clients manage emotional distress and heal from traumatic experiences safely and effectively.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess traumatic memories through gentle bilateral stimulation, reducing emotional distress and promoting long-term healing.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
